While free on said bail in its entire duration, until such time that the Power of Attorney (Bail Bond) is returned to the above bonding company by the court. You must strictly adhere to the following conditions. It is your responsibility to do all the below until such time that the bail bond is discharged. Failure to comply with any of the above conditions, subsequently grants an uncontested and irrevocable authorization for reincarnation of the defendant and revocation of Bail. If placed on P.T.I. you must continue to check-in.

1. Call-In via telephone, 877-71-CHECK within 24 hours of release from custody and speak to a representative or leave a message where you can be contacted at. DEFENDANT MUST CHECK-IN EVERY MONDAY, EVERY WEEK BY CALLING 732 940 9926 AND LEAVE A MESSAGE ON THE AUTOMATED CHECK-IN SYSTEM WHERE YOU CAN BE CONTACTED. A strict log will be kept on all check-ins.

2. DEFENDANT IS REQUIRED TO COME IN PERSON TO THE OFFICE AND SIGN-IN ONCE A MONTH BETWEEN THE 10TH AND 15TH DAY OF EACH MONTH. A strict log will be kept on all check-ins.

3. DEFENDANT MUST NOTIFY AAA BAIL PROFESSIONALS OF NEW JERSEY BAIL BONDS OF COURT DATES AND COURT NOTICES. The defendant must obtain Court dates from the Court; the Court does not have to notify the bondsman. Defendant must attend any and all court proceedings. In the event any court appearances are missed AAA BAIL PROFESSIONALS OF NEW JERSEY BAIL BONDS must be immediately contacted.

4. In the event that the Defendant is arrested for any charge and/or incarcerated for any reason, you must call AAA BAIL PROFESSIONALS OF NEW JERSEY BAIL BONDS immediately to make us aware of the situation.

5. If Defendant or any INDEMNITOR change place of residence, phone numbers or employment AAA BAIL PROFESSIONALS OF NEW JERSEY BAIL BONDS must be notified within 24 hours of said move. If you leave your residence for a period of extended time, such as a three (3) day vacation, Trip Out of Town, or place yourself in any similar type of situation that you cannot be contacted at our will, you are to immediately notify them of your whereabouts. You must have written permission from the Court and AAA BAIL PROFESSIONALS OF NEW JERSEY if you wish to leave the State of New Jersey for any reason or amount of time.

Failure to comply with any of the above conditions by the defendant or the Indemnator(s) places the Surety of this bail in a position of greater risk. This company will take the necessary legal action to be released from the bail. You will be responsible for all expenses. Your failure to comply, subsequently grants uncontested and irrevocable authorization for reincarnation of the defendant and revocation of Bail.

Further, you the INDEMNATOR and DEFENDANT grant irrevocable authorization for the Bail Company and its agents to enter any and all premises that you inhabit, forcibly if necessary to search and apprehend the defendant. And hold harmless the Surety and all agents for any and all necessary damage. And waive all civil and criminal rights to file any complaint while the Surety is acting in enforcement of this contract.

While on bail the defendant transfers custody of his incarceration from the supervision of the jailer to the supervision of AAA BAIL PROFESSIONALS OF NEW JERSEY BAIL BONDS In effect, although free on bail the defendant is still essentially in the custody of the county sheriff. Arrest by the bondsman does not require the issuance of a new warrant, it is done by virtue of the undertaking and contractual agreement of this Bail Bond.
